Ikke mange telefonlinjene på stolpene enda og dette var nok hovedsaklig rikstelefonen sine. Så dette er nok tidlig i telefonens historie og før 1903. På bilde ser man en hestevogn med både hest og folk som har kommet over Vardafjellet. Så tror nok at dette fremdeles var hovedveien da bilde ble tatt. Så dette bilde er nok meget sannsynligvis tatt før 1903.
